Two new operators, FLYeasy and Air Vistara, are set to start domestic air operations from the State by September. This was informed by the Biju Patnaik International Airport Director Sharad Kumar. Both airlines would start their operation in September. Necessary approvals have already been taken and preparations are in final stages. As per the flight schedule submitted by FLYeasy management, the flight would originate from Bangalore Airport at 6:45 am and land in Bhubaneswar at 8:40 am. On its return journey, it will depart from Bhubaneswar at 9:10 am and land in Bangalore at 11:05 am. It will operate a 110 seater Embraer E-Jet E-190 plane.
